Clothing, Designs, Artwork created by Riakids.co,uk by the request of it’s customers shall be considered the property of Ria Kids. Customers may purchase this Clothing, Designs, Artwork which officially transfers ownership of said Clothing, Designs, Artwork from Riakids.co.uk to the purchasing customer.
Any original Clothing, Designs, Artwork provided to Riakids.co.uk for printing maintain shall remain in the ownership of the providing customer, but any modifications to the Clothing, Designs, Artwork shall become the property of Riakids.co.uk. Riakids.co.uk agrees to hold any Clothing, Designs, Artwork modified for a customer for exclusive use by said customer. Riakids.co.uk agrees not to use this modified provided Clothing, Designs, Artwork for any other purpose other than by the request of the providing customer.
